Houston Luxury Crash Pad House Rules
- No pets
- No Parties or events
- Not Suitable for Children and infants
- Overnight Visitors are not permitted
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside of the crashpad
- If you are found to have smoked inside the property, you will incur a $250.00 charge.
- The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
- Guests are responsible for all costs related to repair or replacement of any damaged furnishing
- Housekeeping:
- There is a weekly housekeeping service
- While linens and bath towels are included in the crashpad, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate
- We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the crashpad
- No loud music is permitted
- Violation of house rules will result in EVICTION without any refund
